Vanessa was amazing. We had some hurdles to overcome with the sale of our home PLUS a major storm that damaged our place. She was always right there to make sure things were getting done and closing went very smoothly. I know if it wasn't for her, we wouldn't have sold our place when we did. If her current approach is not working as intended she not only adjusts her methods but does so with intent and purpose! (Example, we expected more interest and thought we would get more foot traffic than we initially did. Vanessa not only hosted several open houses at times that people can actually attend but provided fun festive snacks and generated interest in additional ways then your average realtor) 3) Follow through: listing these houses is not the challenge, selling them is. We gave Vanessa the ultimate real-estate challenge this last winter. We listed our investment property in DECEMBER. Not only did Vanessa get this house sold but she did it in a timely manner given the obvious challenges of unloading a nearly 200k house during the traditionally financially challenging months of winter do to the holidays and sheer weather in Bemidji. We are currently utilizing her services as we move forward buying and selling houses. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her services as she is the PROOF in the pudding. Vanessa is professional and punctual. I was put in the position of selling a home for a senior friend and had no experience living in the home.
