We chose to utilize Vanessa’s services for few different MAIN reasons. 1) Trust; this is not our first time working with Vanessa and she has instilled TRUST as a foundation for our relationship. If her current approach is not working as intended she not only adjusts her methods but does so with intent and purpose! We gave Vanessa the ultimate real-estate challenge this last winter. We listed our investment property in DECEMBER. Not only did Vanessa get this house sold but she did it in a timely manner given the obvious challenges of unloading a nearly 200k house during the traditionally financially challenging months of winter do to the holidays and sheer weather in Bemidji.
